Nick Sanders opened deSha’s in 1990 and they’ve been serving up American favorites ever since. 30 years later, Nick is mixing modern food trends with nostalgia by launching a cloud concept inspired by his family’s southern roots and his love of the “meat and three” restaurants found across kitchens in the south; serving up the kind of home-cooked meals grandma used to make.  All scratch-made in deSha’s kitchen.

Country Fried Ribs

Our own special twist on this Southern favorite.  A half rack of baby back ribs with Bourbon BBQ sauce.

Marinated boneless breasts of chicken paired with hearty bacon pepper gravy.

Homestyle Meatloaf

Comfort food classic.  A mix of veal, pork, and beef with gravy.

Beef Pot Roast

This classic is cooked with onions, carrots, and celery and smothered in a rich beef gravy.

Cornmeal Fried Fish

Whitefish lightly dusted in yellow cornmeal.  Served with lemon and Cajun remoulade.
